KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The American Royal Complex will once again be the destination for the Western Farm Show this coming February.
Click play below to listen to KMZU’s Amanda Wagner speak with Ken Dean, manager of the Western Farm Show.
The show will take place Friday, February 24, 2017 through Sunday, February 26, 2017. This is considered to be one of the largest indoor farm shows in the Midwest featuring hundreds of exhibitors, acres of things to see and do, the latest in farm and ranch technology and much more.
“What I think people come for, is the farmers and ranchers are looking to be more efficient on the farm, they’re looking to be educated about what might be available to them, that they can go back and apply on the farm or the ranch,” said Dean. “…traditionally we have had what they are looking for at our show.”
Some highlights of the show will include:
- The Culinary Center of Kansas City will present two cooking demonstrations at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2017.
