RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. – A California, Missouri, resident claims he was hit by a car in Randolph County Thursday night.
The Missouri Highway Patrol received a report of a man laying on southbound Highway 63 in Clark around 9:35 last night. The subject advised he was walking the shoulder, when he believed he was struck by a passing vehicle.
The victim, Mustafa President, 36, was transported to University Hospital with serious injuries.
