DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. – A Minnesota driver was jailed shortly before noon Tuesday for drug allegations in Daviess County.
According to the arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Joshua J. Roan, 27, of Minneapolis was stopped for driving 85 mph in a 70 mph zone. During the stop, Roan was allegedly found to be in felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Roan was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail to await formal charges.
