A Sedalia man will be in court Tuesday morning for a pre-trial hearing.

Jeremy Futscher, 33, is facing a charge of receiving stolen property.

He was charged in May following an arrest made in November of 2011 after a police search of his residence returned several stolen goods.

Futscher will appear in a Pettis Co. courtroom at 9 a.m. and is slated to go before a jury starting on October 9th.
