Proceeds will go to the Susan O’Brien Fischer Cancer Center at Bothwell Regional Health Center. Page said they don’t have a specific goal in mind, but would like to raise more than $2,500.
The games get underway at 5:30 and 7:30 Wednesday nigh. A silent auction and 50/50 raffle will also be held at that time.

SEDALIA—The State Fair Community College Athletics department will sponsor a “Think Pink! Bleed Blue!” cancer fundraiser Feb. 13 at the Roadrunners’ home basketball games in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on campus.
Proceeds will be donated to the Susan O’Brien Fischer Cancer Center at Bothwell Regional Health Center (BRHC).
The Lady Roadrunners will wear pink jerseys to play Crowder College at 5:30 p.m. and the Roadrunners will play Missouri State University-West Plains at 7:30 p.m.
The Athletics department will sell pink t-shirts for $10 at the SFCC Bookstore and at the games, and will conduct a 50/50 raffle. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will give away free pink frozen custard at the games.
A silent auction will feature a Sedalia restaurant gift card basket, a spring garden basket, a movie basket, a St. Louis Cardinals World Series shadow box, a Bodyworks Day Spa package, season tickets to Mid-Missouri Outlaws professional indoor football games, a floral arrangement from Moore’s Greenhouses and Flower Shop, New York Giants autographed memorabilia, autographed SFCC team balls and flags, and more.
Fans are encouraged to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness. All proceeds from the gate, shirt sales, 50/50 raffle, a game-day bake sale sponsored by the SFCC Spirit Squad, and the silent auction will be donated to the cancer center.
