Three people were arrested after drugs and paraphernalia were found during a search of a home in the 300 block of Austin Street in Moberly on Saturday.  Officers with the Moberly Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, and the North Missouri Drug Task Force seized methamphetamine, marijuana scales, packaging material, cash and a loaded handgun, according to a police report.  A one-year-old, who was at the home at the time of the search, was taken into protective custody.

James Richter Jr., 36, Whitney Kitchen, 20, and William Stufflebean, 20, are being held on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance.  Bond was set at $100,000 each.
