CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. — Three people were injured when their UTV ran into a stationary vehicle in Carroll County early Sunday morning.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident off County Road 240, just after 1 a.m. Driver Niklas Scott, 18, of Norborne, apparently ran head on into a parked Jeep, ejecting the riders. Scott was moderately injured and transported to Ray County Memorial Hospital. Two passengers, Christian Coats, 20, of Norborne, and a a 16-year-old from Orrick and were transported to Carroll County Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
