NODAWAY COUNTY, Mo. — Three Kansas City residents were arrested in Nodaway County for assumed felony drug charges.
Elbert McCullough, 18, and Tyreque Osborne, 21, were informally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – over 35 grams of marijuana.
A third suspect, 18-year-old DeAnthony Ross, received the same felony allegation for possession of over 35 grams of marijuana, but also was preliminarily charged with misdemeanor possession of narcotic equipment, misdemeanor possession of synthetic narcotic, and a misdemeanor non-moving traffic violation.
Platte County warrants for felony property damage were also served to Ross.
Ross was listed as bondable in Nodaway County Jail, while Osborne and McCullough were placed on 24 hour holds. Future court dates have yet to be set.
