Nickie Lynn Moss, 26, of Camden, Meagan Victoria Walker, 26, of Richmond, and Anjelica E. Finnell, 29, of Kansas City, were all taken into custody. During a search, officers found various drug paraphernalia items. All three were charged with tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree.
Walker and Finnell also received an additional charge of felony possession of a controlled substance. A bond has been set for each at $10,000.
