LINN COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a three way accident in Linn County early Saturday morning.

20-year-old Triston C. Walmsley, of Spickard, was stopped on westbound US-36 Highway, east of Highway TT and west of Brookfield, due to a prior accident when a vehicle, operated by 34-year-

old Heather R. Myers, of Mexico, Mo, struck his drivers side door at 2:00 a.m.

Myers was then struck in the rear by another car, operated by 52-year-old Randy J. Paredes, of Goshen, Indiana, while she was stopped on the road due to the initial accident.

Paredes escaped the incident without injury but Myers received minor injuries and Walmsley was seriously injured as a result of the accident.
