CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. – A Tina, Missouri, woman has been jailed after a traffic stop in Carroll County Thursday evening.
An online arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says Elizabeth S. Colliver, 43, was transported to the Ray County Jail after being stopped around 6:49 yesterday evening. The report alleges Colliver was in felony possession of methamphetamine, felony delivery of a controlled substance at a jail, felony tampering with evidence, driving while revoked, failed to comply with ignition interlock device, possessed marijuana, drug paraphernalia and had no insurance.
Colliver is being held pending the filing of formal charges.
