CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo. — Severe weather, including tornadoes, hit northern Missouri Sunday, Oct. 24. According Fox News, winds between 50 and 60 miles per hour, quarter-inch hail and tornadoes ravaged parts of Caldwell and Linn Counties. The report states a building was torn down in Purdin and that Caldwell County, east of Purdin, also experienced a tornado that touched down around 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Updates about individual injuries or deaths have not yet been given.
