DEKALB COUNTY, Mo. — A St. Joseph man is facing several felony allegations after he was stopped by a trooper in Dekalb County Thursday night.
The Missouri Highway Patrol accused 37-year-old Justin L. Roach of felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony property damage and felony leaving the scene of a crash.
There are also misdemeanor allegations of child endangerment, domestic assault, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving without insurance.
Roach remains on a 24-hour hold as he awaits the filing of formal charges.
