MERCER COUNTY Mo. – A Trenton, Mo. resident is facing serious allegations following his arrest early Saturday morning, February 11, 2017 in Mercer County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Timothy A. Nguyen, 33, was taken into custody just before 3 a.m. for alleged felony tampering with a motor vehicle in the first-degree, felony resisting arrest, and felony possession of burglary tools.

Nguyen was transported to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center for a 24 hour investigative hold.
