HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. – A motion to compel is moot in the case of a woman accused of bullying a teen to suicide in Howard County.
The defense attorney for Harley K. Branham, 23, of Fayette, withdrew the motion at Friday’s criminal setting, saying the special prosecutor has provided the documentation requested. A pretrial conference was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on July 12, 2019 and a jury trial is tentatively set for July 29, 2019.
Branham was charged with aggravated stalking and two counts each of misdemeanor assault and harassment after the suicide in October 2016 of Kenneth Suttner, 17, of Glasgow.
