Mark Woodworth’s third murder trial will be held in late July. The 39-year-old Chillicothe resident has already been convicted twice for shooting neighbor Cathy Robertson in 1990. He was first found guilty in 1995, but that was later overturned. A second trial yielded the same result. The Missouri Supreme Court overturned that ruling last year, and the state Attorney General’s Office filed to try him a third time. Woodworth will go before a jury for the third time on the 21st of July.
