RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A criminal setting scheduled yesterday in Ray County was continued until next month for a plea or trial setting.
Aaron Dion Haggins Jr., 26, of Pleasant Valley, appeared with his attorney for a hearing at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, before Judge Kevin Walden. At the request of the defendant, the matter was postponed until 1:30 p.m. on March 7, 2018. Haggins was charged after witnesses claimed he pointed a gun at a man and woman in Lawson on April 12, 2017.
Haggins faces two felony counts each of first degree assault, armed criminal action and endangering the welfare of a child.
