LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. — Two of three defendants are scheduled to appear at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday in Livingston County, over a railroad bridge fire in October 2018.

Court documents indicate 23-year-old Destanie D. Batson and 18-year-old James Paul Eugene Haight, both of Chillicothe, have been ordered to appear for a setting preliminary hearing Wednesday morning.

Batson, Haight and 19-year-old Kyle Jacob Mace of Chillicothe are charged with felony counts of knowingly burning and first degree property damage.

Investigators say they set fire to the Canadian Pacific railway bridge over Grand River, south of Chillicothe.
