Troopers arrested a Marshall resident Thursday morning in Saline County. According to online court documents, a warrant was issued Tuesday for James Cole, 28. He has been charged with two counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools. He is also facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Cole was taken to the Saline County Jail. His bond has been set at $100,000 dollars. Cole will appear in court for a hearing on November 14th at 9:00 a.m.
