Charges have been filed against a pair of Marshall residents related to a traffic stop early Saturday morning on I-70 in Saline County.  Highway Patrol troopers reported finding more than three grams of methamphetamine during a search of the vehicle.  Ronald Smith, 39, and Troyce Lipscomb, 47, have each been charged with possession of a controlled substance.  Lipscomb is facing an additional charge of driving while intoxicated – drugs.  She was initially pulled over for her license plate lamp.  Both were transported to the county jail where they each remain in lieu of $5,000.
