The Twin Parks Summer Festival will be held this weekend in Brookfield. It all starts out tomorrow evening with the Downtown Wine and Brew Review. Registration will begin at 4 p.m. and lasts until 7 p.m. There will be eight different stations. Four will feature craft beers and the other four will feature different wineries from across the area.

After the Wine and Brew Review, the Back Road Cruisers will be participating in a cruise. They will be escorted down Main Street in Brookfield around 7 p.m. and will make their way to Marceline. People are welcome to gather on Main Street to watch the cars drive by.

The Name That Tune competition will be going on in the park at 7 p.m. It is being put on by the Meadville FBLA.

Saturdays events start out with a 5k and 10k run at 7 a.m. Registration for that begins before seven.

There will be around 50 booths with crafts, food, and much more at the Twin Parks throughout the day.

The Back Road Cruisers will be having a car show that starts at 8 a.m. with approximately 100 cars.

The festival ends with a concert by recording artist Samantha Fish and Brothers Osborne. The gates open at 5:30 and Samantha Fish will be in stage around 6:45. Brothers Osborne will take the stage around 8. Tickets are $10 if you buy them in advance and $20 at the door. You can get the tickets in advance by stopping by the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce and other businesses in Brookfield.
