RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A pair of Richmond residents were arrested at about 12:56 a.m. Wednesday for allegedly trying to sell drugs.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that Danielle Shelton, 22, was charged with three counts of delivery of black tar heroin and methamphetamine as well as unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, while Andrew Seabaugh, 26,  was charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

They were both taken to the Ray County Detention Center and placed on a 24-Hour hold awaiting the filing of formal charges.
