A Livingston Co. deputy was dispatched to a home in Bedford on LIV 306 Tuesday on a report of two alleged trespassers and a report the residence had been burglarized.
When officers arrived on scene two individuals were located at the home and questioned. The investigation led to the arrests and formal charges against a Wheeling man and Chillicothe teen.
The report indicates Aaron P. Dryer, 35 is charged with an alleged Bond Supervision Violation on the original charge of felony theft of a firearm. His bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
Karina Lynette Rhoton, 17, was arrested for alleged felony possession of a controlled substance and jailed on a $10,000 cash only bond.
Additional charges may still be filed following the complete investigation.
