LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – Two of the three defendants charged with setting fire to a railroad bridge in Livingston County,waived their preliminary hearing Wednesday.

According to casenet, the attorneys for Destanie D. Batson, 23, and James Paul Eugene Haight, 18, each of Chillicothe, entered the waiver in open court Wednesday morning. The court promptly set an arraignment in Circuit Court on March 5th at 9:00 a.m. in the morning. Both are charged with first degree counts of knowingly burning and property damage.

The third defendant, Kyle J. Mace, 19, of Chillicothe, was arraigned yesterday on the same charges.
