Two Moberly drivers were injured in separate crashes in Chariton county Thursday afternoon. Just before 2, the Highway Patrol reports 43 year old Denita Rodden lost control of her vehicle on the snow covered Highway 24 and slid into the path of 20 year old Erica Robuck of Cairo. Rodden was seriously injured in the collision that occurred 3 miles east of Salisbury. Just ten minutes later, a second crash was reported on Highway 24, this time just west of Clifton Hill. Investigtors report 50 year old James Lowry lost control and went off the highway- striking a bridge in the process. He was moderately injured. Both drivers were taken to Moberly Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
