HARRISON COUNTY, Mo.- Two out-of-state residents were detained in Harrison County last night on drug allegations following a run in with Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

According to the filed arrest reports, Adam May, 39, and Harold Davis, 36, both of Des Moines, Ia., were taken into custody at approximately 8:45 p.m. May was cited for two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle on highway without valid license. Davis is being also being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance along with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Both May and Davis were transported to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center and placed on 24 hour holds pending the filing of formal charges.
