LAFAYETTE, COUNTY, Mo – Two Marshall residents were injured in a single vehicle crash Thursday afternoon.
The vehicle, driven by Richard Hoffman, 74, slammed into a concrete bridge wall traveling westbound on I-70 at the 52-mile-marker. He reportedly lost control of the car before it went down an embankment off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
Hoffman was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital with moderate injuries. An occupant, 69 year old Patricia Hickock was treated for minor injuries at Centerpoint Hospital.
