UPDATE: 11:45 a.m. April 9, 2021: Thomas Repper, 58, of New Bloomfield, was sentenced to 20 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on April 5. Repper pled guilty on March 1 in 15th Circuit Court for first-degree drug trafficking, possessing 864 grams of methamphetamine in December 2019. Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office estimates the street value of the drug at $30,000. Lafayette County prosecutor Kristen Hilbrenner argued for a lengthy sentence due to the drug amount and Repper’s multiple prior convictions.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. — Two Mid-Missouri residents are facing charges in Lafayette County.
According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, Kevin Hilke, 56, of Jefferson City and Thomas Repper, 56, of New Bloomfield are both facing 1st degree trafficking drugs. Repper is facing additional charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both are in custody at the Lafayette County Jail on $250,000 cash only bonds.
