CARROLLTON, Mo.—Local law enforcement executed two narcotics search warrants at two addresses in Carrollton Tuesday night, resulting in five arrests and 27 felony charges filed.

The search warrants were served by Carrollton Police Tuesday Oct. 4, 2016, with the assistance of the Chillicothe Police Department’s SPIDER Team.

Brandon Marshall Lake, 22, is charged with three class C felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond has been set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear for a hearing Oct. 24, 2016, at 11 a.m. in Carrollton.

Sheanna E. Rowles, 22, is charged with five class C felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond has been set at $25,000 and Rowles is scheduled to appear for a hearing Oct. 24, 2016, at 11 a.m. in Carrollton.

Zachary Ty Standley, 20, is charged with five class C felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond has been set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear for a hearing Oct. 24, 2016, at 11 a.m. in Carrollton.

Randall Bryan Moehle, 40, is charged with seven class C felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor count of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, and one misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond has been set at $25,000. Court dates are pending.

Marissa M. Clater, 23, is charged with seven class C felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor charge of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, and one misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond has been set at $25,000 with court dates pending.
