HENRY COUNTY, Mo. — A pair from St. Joseph were allegedly found with drugs when a trooper stopped them for speeding in Henry County Sunday night.

The Highway Patrol reported detaining two people during a vehicle stop around 10:15 p.m. Sunday.

Dakota J. Keck, 31 is accused of felony delivery of a controlled substance, driving while suspended, failure to properly display plates, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was also wanted on a misdemeanor Buchanan County warrant.

An occupant in the vehicle, Charme Marie M. Komer, 26 faces allegations of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and property damage – state property. In addition, she had been sought on a misdemeanor warrant from Osceola.

Both subjects were taken to the Henry County Jail, where they remain on a 24-hour investigative hold. Formal charges have not yet been filed.
