CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo.- A one vehicle accident left three teenagers injured yesterday in Camden County.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol crash report, Jake Reed, 16, of Climax Springs, Mo., was southbound on MO 7 Highway just north of Route Z when he traveled off the right side of the roadway, over corrected, and struck a tree.

Reed suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. His passengers, Chance Hynes, 15, of Roach, Mo., and Shawn Hood, 16, of Edwards, Mo., sustained serious injuries and were both life flighted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Hynes and Hood were reportedly not wearing a seat belt.
