LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo.– Two people have been arrested on felony charges of alleged abuse or neglect of a child.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant in Wheeling for evidence related to a child abuse or neglect investigation.
Law enforcement arrested Brandi Charlene Rogers, 29, Wheeling on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class C felony Abuse or Neglect of a Child. Bond was set at $5,000.
Also on Sept. 20, 2016, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant on Deven Paul Rose, 25, of Wheeling for alleged class C felony Abuse or Neglect of a Child. Bond was set at $5,000.
Both Ms. Rogers and Mr. Rose were transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail in lieu of bond and both appeared before the Honorable James P. Valbracht on Sept. 21, 2016.
The Sheriff’s Office has been assisted in this case by the Child Advocacy Center, Juvenile Office-Livingston County, and DFS.
