CARY, N.C. (MIAA Press Release) — Central Missouri Mules Baseball’s NCAA-II World Series opener against Lander, originally scheduled for Sunday night, May 29 at 7 p.m. ET, has been moved up to Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. ET due to expected bad weather on Sunday.
In an effort to get all four first round games played, all four games will now take place on Saturday instead of the originally scheduled two. UCM and Lander will be the fourth and final game of the day and will start at approximately 8:30 p.m. ET. The game can be heard live on 1450 KOKO, 98.5 The Bar and warrensburgradio.com with Bob Jackson and Ricky Rivera on the call. Live stats and a free webcast will be available at NCAA.com. Those features can be found through links on the Mules Baseball schedule page or by going to NCAA.com.
UCM fans in attendance in Cary are invited to a pregame tailgate in the parking lot outside the USA Baseball Training Complex two hours prior to first pitch. Refreshments will be provided as well as various UCM spirit giveaways.
