A wreck on Route T, about five miles south of Highway 52 in Morgan County, sent two men to nearby hospitals. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Randy McCoin, 25, of Barnett, was traveling at a high rate of speed around 12:30 a.m. Friday when he traveled off of the road and hit a tree. McCoin and his passenger, Mancil Marriott, 16, of Stover, sustained moderate to serious injuries. McCoin is facing charges of driving while intoxicated as well as careless and imprudent driving. He was released from custody pending the filing of formal charges.
