A Hardin teen was sentenced in April to five years of supervised probation after his guilty plea to leaving the scene of an accident, as well as misdemeanor charges of careless and imprudent driving and driving while intoxicated.
Troy Doss, 19, is again facing several years behind bars after a motion by the prosecuting attorney to revoke his probation back in June for an unspecified infraction.
Doss was reportedly drunk when he crashed into the Hardin City Hall on November 7th, 2011.
Doss is scheduled to appear in a Ray Co. courtroom Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. for a violation hearing. Doss could still get up to four years on the felony charge and up to a year-and-a-half combined for the two misdemeanors.
