One of the most anticipated general elections in American history is coming up on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

Voter registration is up as are the filing of absentee ballots. Carroll County Clerk Peggy McGaugh says there is still time for you to register for the November election, but the deadline is approaching quickly.

Those wishing to file an absentee ballot or request one still have time to do so. Clerk McGaugh spoke on how people can request and file an absentee ballot.

McGaugh also adds that there are several constitutional amendments to vote on and be sure to educate yourself on the issues.
