BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Starting on Monday, July 20, retail giant Walmart will make wearing face coverings mandatory in its 4,700 stores nationwide, according to CNBC. The policy will also apply to the company’s 600 Sam’s Club wholesale stores. It joins a growing list of retailers that will require masks inside of stores, including competitor Costco who already has the policy in place. Best Buy will begin requiring masks on Wednesday, July 22.
