CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo.- After much struggle, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, with the assistance from Livingston County deputies and officers with the Chillicothe Police Department arrested a wanted Orrick, Mo., man last night in Caldwell County on allegations of resisting arrest.
Dakota E. Harth Spor, 25, was taken into custody at approximately 10:33 p.m., following a vehicle pursuit on US-36 Highway that crossed over into Livingston County. He is being charged with felony resisting arrest by fleeing along with multiple misdemeanor driving violations.
Harth Spor also has a failure to appear warrant issued by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending future court proceedings.
