City of Warrensburg residents will soon receive separate bills for sewer and water services. Beginning July 1, 2012, sewer charges will be billed by the City of Warrensburg with the assistance of TPI Billing Solutions, LLC.
Once the change takes effect, residents can contact sewer customer service with billing questions at 1-800-955-6598. For sewer back-up emergencies, residents will continue to contact the City of Warrensburg at 660-747-9131 which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residents will also have the convenience of paying sewer bills in three easy options:
1. By mail – make payment to the address indicated on the billing statement.
2. In person – visit Bi-Lo Country Mart and make payment at the courtesy counter. Please have account information on hand since the store will not have access to a resident’s balance and other account information. Additionally, there is a $1.00 processing fee payable to Bi-Lo Country Mart.
3. Online – visit www.warrensburg-mo.com to access the online payment option.
