WARRENSBURG, Mo.- The Warrensburg City Council is holding their last meeting of the month tonight in the council chambers. The council will also hold a closed meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. A roll call will start the public meeting and the City Manager will provide a report along with the Director of Finance.
After the agenda is adopted, first and second readings of the ordinances listed will take place. Eight different ordinances are on the agenda for the evening including executing a lease agreement between the City and Warrensburg Main Street Inc., executing a contract agreement with Reasbeck Construction Inc. for the City Hall sewer billing remodel project, authorizing the change of an order for M Design LLC for additional architectural services and reimbursable expenses for the sewer billing City Hall remodel project, adopting a section to an ordinance relating to punishment for minor traffic violations, amending an ordinance relating to imprisonment for failure to pay fine or costs of prosecution, amending an ordinance concerning the adopted FY15(Fiscal Year 2015) annual budget for animal control, and amending an ordinance concerning the adopted FY15 annual budget for law enforcement.
Other business appearances are next on the agenda and will include a discussion about the sewer billing payment options. After miscellaneous matters from city employees, meeting will adjourn. Warrensburg City Council will meet tonight, July 27th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
