JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. – A Warrensburg driver was processed and released for allegations stemming from a stop in Johnson County Friday Arrest-Featured-Printsafternoon.

According to the arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Brandon E. Hyde, 22, was stopped for a failure to yield violation around 2:00 p.m. yesterday. During the stop, Hyde was alleged to have been driving while intoxicated by drugs, in felony possession of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana.

Hyde was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department before being released.
