WARRENSBURG, Mo.- A Warrensburg man facing numerous felonies for alleged string of burglaries is due in court tomorrow for a scheduled case review tomorrow afternoon.
According to court records, on July 20th, 42 year old Jason Boyd Vacek, pled not guilty during an arraignment to four counts of felony burglary in the second degree, felony stealing $750 or more and felony stealing a motor vehicle. Vacek allegedly burglarized four businesses in Warrensburg during the month of July.
A case review to address attorney status will take place tomorrow afternoon in Johnson County Circuit Court at 1:30 p.m. A preliminary hearing has also been scheduled for September 26th. Vacek remains in custody on a $50,000 cash only bond.
