WARRENSBURG, Mo. — A Warrensburg murder case is scheduled for review Monday morning.
The subject of an indictment, Russell Shuey, 39 is accused of the shooting death of Sabrina Shelton, 26, of Warrensburg.
He told investigators a firearm discharged while he was having sex with Shelton in June.
The charges, filed July 1, include second degree murder, use of a weapon while intoxicated and armed criminal action.
A motion for bond reduction, currently set at $110,000, has yet to be considered by the court.
The case review is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday.
Shuey remains behind bars at the Johnson County Jail.
