KMZU’s Ashley Johnson speaks with Parks and Recreations Supervisor Jayme Gee about Aqua Camp.

The warmer days of summer are approaching, pools are being filled along with other plans to cool off.  Warrensburg Parks and Recreation offers an Aqua Camp for children that employs crafts, games, and other activities in order to introduce young children to the water and have fun while introducing water safety instruction and swimming lessons.

Children ages 4 to 14 are qualified to sign up for the program.

The camp will last five days beginning Monday, July 13th at 10:00 a.m. and running until noon daily.  The fee for all five days is $45.
