SALINE COUNTY, Mo. – A West Virginia driver is facing felony drug allegations after a vehicle stop in Saline County Tuesday.
According to the arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Cheryl A. Hinchman, 31, of Winfield, West Virginia, was stopped a little after 2:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon for following too close. She was alleged to have been in misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Hinchman was processed at the scene and released pending a review of the case by the prosecuting attorney.
