RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — A Moberly woman who fled from police in a vehicle that was reported stolen has a hearing in Randolph County Monday.
Krysta A. Durham, 28, will appear for a preliminary hearing on felony counts of tampering with a vehicle and resisting arrest by fleeing.
Moberly police attempted to stop the vehicle reported stolen in Jacksonville, Mo. on March 4. Other agencies joined in as the vehicle fled into Randolph County.
The vehicle eventually pulled into a private driveway and stopped.
Durham and two other suspects were taken into custody. The hearing begins at 3:00 p.m. Monday.
