RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A motion to modify bond conditions has been filed for a Richmond woman accused of attempted enticement of a child.

The motion was filed in Ray County, Wednesday, on behalf of Patricia Smith, 36,. Smith and her boyfriend,  Danny DeClue, 33, a registered sex offender, are each charged with a single felony count of enticement or attempted enticement of a child less than 15 years of age. Charges were filed after the mother of a 14 year old girl found online messages from Smith, asking the child to have sex with DeClue.

A hearing for the motion has not yet been scheduled.
