CHILLICOTHE – A woman wanted in Livingston County on first degree murder charges has been arrested in Kansas.

Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox confirmed in a Facebook post that Jennifer Anne Hall, 41, was arrested Thursday evening. A news release from the U.S. Marshals Service says they became involved once she was formally charged and assisted in helping locate her. Deputies and task force officers reportedly tracked her to a motel in Overland Park near I-435 and Metcalf.  The Overland Park Police Department secured a search warrant for the motel room, where she was taken into custody without incident.  She was transported to the Johnson County Kansas Adult Detention Center to await extradition to Missouri.

A warrant was filed last week that alleges Hall was involved in the 2002 death of Fern Franco, who was one of nine people who died of cardiac collapse at Hedrick Medical Center over the span of six months.
