A dilapidated house in Brookfield is going to be torn down. Click to hear KMZU’s Bob Allen talk with City manager Dave Hane:

Dave Hane

Hane says communication between Brookfield officials and property owner Eleanor Wong about condemning the structure led to a decision to deed the house to the city. According to Hane, the structure had been deemed as unsightly and dangerous by the city commissioners at a recent hearing.

The building is one of six targeted by the city for demolition.
