Master Oxenhandler’s Report (pdf)

Judge Oxendhandler claimed in a report released on Tuesday that “there was nothing fundamentally fair about the investigation of the Robertson crimes.”  Oxenhandler believes, “It is convincingly clear that our judicial process wronged Woodworth and that he deserves the relief that our judicial process affords.”  The judge is calling for Woodworth’s conviction to be set aside and for his case to be reviewed by an independent prosecutor.
